- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and other trades to maintain smooth site operations
- Inspect completed work and ensure all finishes meet project specifications
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Fit Out/Interior Foreman in the UAE
- Strong experience in interior fit out, decoration, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, and finishing works
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem solving and communication abilities
- Available to join immediately

Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Fit Out / Decorations Foreman to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily fit out and interior finishing works on site.
- Manage site workers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and other trades to maintain smooth site operations.
- Inspect completed work and ensure all finishes meet project specifications.
Requirements
