Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day fit out activities including partitions, ceilings, joinery, flooring, finishes, MEP coordination, and final snagging
- Coordinate and control subcontractors, trades, and labor on site
- Ensure works are executed as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications
- Monitor work progress and report daily activities to the Site Engineer / Project Manager
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, toolbox talks, and site safety procedures
- Check materials delivered to site for quality and correct specifications
- Identify and resolve site issues, clashes, or delays proactively
- Assist in inspections, mock ups, and handover works
- Maintain site cleanliness and proper housekeeping
- Support snagging and de snagging activities to achieve timely project completion
Requirements
- Diploma or technical certification in construction is an advantage
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in interior fit out works
- Proven experience as a Fit Out Foreman or Site Supervisor
- Good knowledge of the Qatar construction and fit out market
- Ability to read and interpret construction and shop drawings
- Valid Qatar driving license (recommended)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and work under pressure
- Basic understanding of site safety, quality standards, and authority requirements
