Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and budgets based on project drawings and requirements
- Interpret technical blueprints and prepare shop drawings using AutoCAD for project fabrication and execution
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting project proposals and cost breakdowns
- Coordinate with material suppliers and contractors to secure competitive pricing and ensure timely procurement
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, variations, and project documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or Project Coordinator within the Interior Fit out or Carpentry sector
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel is mandatory
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform accurate quantity take offs
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Cost Estimation & BOQs: Prepare detailed project cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and budgets based on project drawings and requirements.
