Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage estimation and operations for advertising projects, including signages, branding, acrylic works, vinyl, and digital printing.
The role involves preparing precise cost estimates, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing production and installation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for fit-out projects.
- Review architectural and interior fit-out drawings, specifications, and project scopes.
- Source prices from suppliers and subcontractors for joinery, gypsum, flooring, ceilings, painting, and finishes.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and material calculations with precision.
- Prepare variation orders and estimates for additional works.
- Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams for planning costs and execution.
- Supervise daily fit-out site activities.
- Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and work schedules.
- Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and project timelines.
- Monitor material delivery, usage, and maintain site stock control.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular updates on progress and costs.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and HSE requirements on site.
- Handle site measurements, snag lists, and project handover activities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in signage, branding, and advertising projects.
- Strong knowledge of signage materials, printing processes, LED components, CNC/laser cutting, and fabrication techniques.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and familiarity with estimation tools/software.
