Role Overview
TRS is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Engineer / Site Manager for a fast-track hospitality project within a mall in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site activities, labour, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate architectural, joinery, and MEP works.
- Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, and programme.
- Prepare daily reports and weekly look-ahead programmes.
- Monitor progress and identify potential delays.
- Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, mall management, and client representatives.
- Manage inspections, RFIs, access permits, and material deliveries.
- Maintain quality, safety, and site organisation standards.
- Manage snagging, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Candidate Requirements
- At least five years of UAE fit-out experience.
- Proven experience with restaurants, bars, or hospitality projects.
- UAE mall fit-out experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of architectural finishes and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and coordinate construction drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure on a fast-track programme.
- Good spoken and written English.
- UAE driving licence is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000 to AED 12,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
