Job Summary
Support the execution and supervision of tenant fit-out activities at Red Sea Mall during pre-opening and post-opening phases.
Coordinate on-site activities, inspections, approved designs, contractor communication, documentation, and operational requirements.
Fit-Out Execution Support
- Supervise tenant fit-out activities to ensure alignment with approved designs, specifications, and timelines.
- Conduct daily site visits, prepare progress reports, and flag issues or deviations to the Fit-Out Manager.
- Coordinate utility connections, access requests, and inspections.
Design and Documentation
- Review and comment on shop drawings and material submittals under the Fit-Out Manager's direction.
- Maintain contractor submissions, approval logs, inspection reports, and site photographs.
- Archive updated fit-out drawings and records in project folders and digital systems such as Yardi.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for tenant contractors regarding site-related queries.
- Coordinate site meetings, inspection schedules, and snagging activities with tenants, consultants, and mall engineering teams.
- Communicate mall policies and safety procedures to fit-out stakeholders.
Safety and Quality
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in accordance with mall and local authority regulations.
- Monitor housekeeping, contractor compliance, and corrective actions for non-compliance.
- Support incident investigations and reporting when needed.
Operational Handover
- Prepare snag lists and assist with project handover inspections.
- Monitor unit readiness for tenant operations, including HVAC, fire alarms, and finishes.
- Provide tenants with support and documentation for smooth store openings.
Requirements
- Experience supporting or supervising tenant fit-out activities in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and timelines.
- Ability to review shop drawings and material submittals under management direction.
- Ability to maintain contractor submissions, approval logs, inspection reports, site photographs, drawings, and project records.
- Ability to coordinate inspections, site meetings, snagging activities, utility connections, and access requests.
- Knowledge of mall policies, safety procedures, local authority requirements, and health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Understanding of unit readiness requirements including HVAC, fire alarm systems, finishes, and store opening documentation.
