Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all fit out and finishing activities on site, including painting, flooring, ceilings, partitions, doors, glass, and interior finishes
- Ensure all works are executed in strict accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and design intent
- Review and validate shop drawings prior to execution
- Coordinate with consultants and designers to resolve technical issues and discrepancies
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones
- Manage and supervise subcontractors and site labor to maintain productivity and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections, snagging, and de snagging to ensure high quality delivery
- Prepare and submit progress reports and highlight any risks or delays
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project requirements
- Support project handover processes, ensuring all works meet client expectations and contractual standards
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in fit out, finishing, or construction projects
- Strong technical understanding of finishing works and site execution
- Proven experience in site supervision and subcontractor management
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications accurately
- Strong coordination and communication skills with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools (MS Project or Primavera)
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Role Overview
- Hemamona General Contracting is seeking a qualified and detail oriented Fit Out Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This role is primarily site based and requires hands on supervision of all finishing works, ensuring execution in line with approved designs, specifications, and project timelines.
- The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, solid on site experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high quality finishing works.
