We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fit-Out Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting interior fit-out projects by preparing layouts and technical drawings, coordinating site activities, and assisting the project team to ensure smooth execution of work on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review fit-out layouts, shop drawings, and technical drawings.
- Interpret architectural and interior design drawings accurately.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Support daily site operations and supervise fit-out activities on site.
- Ensure work execution is in line with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on site.
- Assist in material selection, quantity estimation, and site measurements.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
- Support project handover, snagging, and final inspections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out drawings, layouts, and site coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other related software.
- Ability to understand and prepare technical drawings and layouts.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UAE experience preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
