Job Description
Oversee interior fit-out execution directly on site, manage daily operations, and coordinate with subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily site execution, progress, and adherence to interior design drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to keep work on schedule.
- Inspect joinery, partitions, and finishes on site and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Prepare site reports and handover documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- 3 to 5 years of UAE fit-out site experience.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes and site execution.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person on site.
