First Shift Production Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the production process, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and meet quality standards. This role involves operating machinery, assembling components, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment. - Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards. - Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards. - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area. - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. - Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major problems to supervisors. - Maintain accurate records of production activities. - Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred. - Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. - Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively. - Strong attention to detail and quality. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Basic math and reading skills. Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods. - Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
