- Production Associate – 1st Shift Sparks, NV | Full-Time | $19/hr DOE Via Seating is hiring Production Associates for our 1st Shift team! If you’re someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in building quality products, and wants a stable, full-time schedule with 3-day weekends—this could be a great fit. Shift Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime on Fridays as needed Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour Higher starting pay possible depending on experience What You’ll Do:
- Build commercial seating products across multiple production areas
- Work in cutting, wood/foam, kitting, upholstery, and assembly
- Follow standard work to ensure quality and efficiency
- Rotate across skill areas and grow your capabilities over time
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals What You Bring:
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to perform moderate physical work throughout the shift
