About the Role
VIP Solution Safety and Security is hiring a Firefighting Foreman in Sharjah. You will oversee installation, maintenance, and inspection of firefighting systems, supervise technician teams, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and inspection of firefighting systems

- Ensure all projects meet regulatory standards
- Liaise with clients and provide technical advice when necessary
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of firefighting systems, fire suppression techniques, and fire safety equipment
- Experience in team management, leadership, and ability to coordinate daily activities on site
- Technical skills in installation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of fire protection systems
- Understanding of safety protocols and fire safety regulations
- Good communication, problem solving, and client handling skills
- Ability to work in high pressure and potentially hazardous environments
- Relevant certifications or training in fire safety or firefighting
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in safety and security services is advantageous
- Driving license is preferred
