Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 6 years' experience in fire suppression, life safety, or related systems design.
Strong experience designing medium to high complexity fire suppression systems.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, BIM, and other engineering design applications.
Strong understanding of fire suppression system standards, codes, and regulations.
Experience producing technical drawings, calculations, and project documentation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop other engineers.
Experience supporting pre-sales, bid, or proposal activities.
Knowledge of special hazard suppression systems and emerging fire protection technologies.
Professional engineering registration or relevant industry certifications.
Experience working within a global engineering or building technologies environment.
