Responsibilities
- Supervise installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems
- Lead and coordinate field technicians and installation teams
- Monitor quality of installation and maintenance activities for compliance with project specifications
- Review and interpret Shop Drawings and As Built Drawings
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, SBC 801, and Saudi Civil Defense regulations
- Conduct system inspections, testing, and troubleshooting
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance reports, and work progress reports
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, Permit to Work, and risk management requirements
- Monitor performance and readiness of fire protection systems
- Support project handover activities and ensure documentation is complete
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to field teams
Requirements
- Supervisory experience in installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems
- Knowledge of NFPA standards, SBC 801, and Saudi Civil Defense regulations
- Ability to interpret Shop Drawings and As Built Drawings
- Experience with HSE procedures, Permit to Work, and risk management
- Technical report writing skills

Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems.
- Lead and coordinate field technicians and installation teams to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Monitor the quality of installation and maintenance activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.

- Provide technical guidance and supervision to field teams during installation and maintenance activities.
