EMI is seeking an experienced Fire Protection Branch Manager to lead and direct all business operations for the Albuquerque branch, including business development, sales, project acquisition, operational execution, financial performance, and personnel management.
This role is responsible for developing branch strategy, driving revenue growth, overseeing project delivery, managing staff, and ensuring operational excellence.
The Branch Manager serves as a key leader within the organization, exercising independent judgment and decision-making authority to achieve branch objectives and support overall company goals.
Branch Leadership & Operations Provide overall leadership and management of branch operations, personnel, financial performance, and business activities. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion. Establish branch goals, priorities, and performance expectations aligned with corporate objectives. Direct and oversee sales, project management, technical staff, and administrative personnel. Manage staffing, resource allocation, workforce planning, and operational execution. Monitor financial performance, including revenue, gross margin, labor utilization, backlog, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, safety regulations, and industry standards. Lead employee recruitment, development, performance management, coaching, and succession planning. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, regulatory agencies, and industry partners. Resolve operational, personnel, customer, and project-related issues requiring management discretion and judgment. Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in the fire protection industry with a strong focus on Fire Protection Systems.
Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience managing teams of over 10 employees.
Proven success in sales, estimating, proposal development, and customer relationship management.
Demonstrated experience developing technical and cost proposals for complex fire protection projects.
