Responsibilities
- Supervise fire alarm system installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities
- Handle both project execution and AMC/maintenance works for fire alarm systems
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution
- Troubleshoot and rectify fire alarm system faults and ensure timely maintenance services
- Review drawings, site conditions, and ensure compliance with project specifications and authority requirements
- Prepare work schedules, progress reports, and maintenance reports
- Lead and supervise technicians to ensure quality work and safety standards
- Ensure all works are completed within the project timeline and company standards
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Fire Alarm Systems, including both maintenance and project works
- Strong knowledge of installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of fire alarm systems
- Familiarity with major fire alarm brands
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
- Good communication and team management skills
- UAE experience preferred
- UAE Driving License will be an added advantage
