Role Overview
Maintain fire alarm systems and components, including smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points, and panels.
Support maintenance of other fire protection systems, including fire suppression and firefighting equipment when needed.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, test, and perform preventive maintenance on fire alarm systems.
- Diagnose faults and perform corrective maintenance to restore system functionality.
- Respond promptly to service calls, alarms, and emergency maintenance requests.
- Document maintenance and repair work using standard reporting templates.
- Assist with maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and clients for access and approvals.
- Assist with upgrades, replacements, and modifications under supervision.
Requirements
- Comply with NFPA standards and Saudi Civil Defense regulations.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies during all site activities.
- Coordinate with site stakeholders for access and required approvals.
