- Serve as single point of contact for fintech partners

- Own partner satisfaction
- Lead partner facing onboarding conversations
- Monitor partner level transaction performance
- Produce clear performance reports
- Bridge gap between partners and internal teams
- Drive internal follow through on partner commitments
