Finishing Machine Operator

Pay rate: $21.00 - $27.40 per hour depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Thursday (Every other Thursday based on production)

As a Finishing Finishing Machine Operator / LEO2 , you’ll play an important role in our production team by:

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining laminating machinery
• Monitoring production runs and adjusting machines as needed
• Performing quality checks to ensure top product standards
• Monitoring film temperature and machine performance
• Following and promoting all safety policies and procedures
• Supporting the team with other duties as needed

• Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shifts
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and reaching for extended periods
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Team player with the ability to provide direction when needed
• Mechanically inclined – able to handle minor machine adjustments with hand tools

Preferred : High school diploma or equivalent, plus mechanical experience
