About the Role
DEC Dynamic Studio LLC is hiring a Finishing Inspector in the UAE. The role involves inspecting architectural finishing works, ensuring compliance with drawings and standards, and coordinating with contractors.

Responsibilities
- Inspect architectural finishing works including flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, joinery, doors, windows, painting, waterproofing, and external finishes
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, mock ups, and project quality standards
- Review and respond to contractor inspection requests (IRs) and conduct stage wise inspections
- Identify defects and non conformities, issue Field Observations, prepare snag lists, and monitor rectification
- Perform material inspections for delivered finishing materials to verify compliance
- Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and project teams to resolve quality issues
- Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project requirements
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain photographic documentation
- Participate in substantial completion and handover inspections, prepare final snag lists, and verify close out
Requirements
- Proven experience in both villas and building projects is mandatory
- Consultant firm experience is required
- Familiarity with local authority standards and inspection procedures
