Responsibilities
- Oversee all finishing works on construction or fit out projects
- Plan daily activities and assign tasks to finishing crews
- Supervise use of tools and heavy equipment
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specifications
- Inspect completed work and coordinate rectifications
- Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, and other trades
- Monitor material usage and support tool maintenance
- Enforce health and safety procedures
- Prepare brief progress updates
Requirements
- Strong supervisory skills to lead finishing teams
- Hands on carpentry skills and experience with interior finishing
- Familiarity with heavy equipment and power tools
- Basic maintenance skills

Role Description
