About the Role
Fitout Bureau Interiors is looking for an experienced Finishing Carpenter to perform high-quality finish carpentry work including installation of doors, cabinets, and moldings. The role requires reading shop drawings, measuring and cutting materials, and ensuring work meets quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications
- Install, repair, and finish doors, frames, cabinets, wardrobes, skirting, trims, and other carpentry works
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and related materials accurately
- Ensure work is completed to quality standards and within project timelines
- Maintain tools and a clean, safe work area
- Follow company policies and HSE procedures
- Report material shortages and site issues to the supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification is an advantage
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Finishing Carpenter, preferably in UAE/GCC interior fit out or construction projects
- Proficient in reading shop drawings and using carpentry hand and power tools
- Excellent finish carpentry and joinery skills
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good time management and safety awareness

Job Purpose
- To perform high quality finish carpentry works, including the installation of doors, cabinets, wardrobes, skirting, moldings, and other interior woodwork, in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
