- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to understand design specifications
- Install baseboards, crown molding, doors, window casings, and other custom trims
- Build and install custom cabinetry, shelving, and furniture as per design specifications
- Sand, stain, or finish wood surfaces to achieve desired finish
- Restore and repair wooden structures, furniture, and surfaces with precision
- Accurately measure, cut, and shape wood materials to fit perfectly within spaces and design plans
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other trades to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition and adhere to safety protocols
- Inspect and ensure all carpentry work meets company standards and client expectations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a finishing carpenter
- Expertise in reading blueprints and construction plans
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
- Strong knowledge of wood types, finishes, and carpentry techniques
- Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Job Overview
- We are seeking a Highly Skilled Finishing Carpenter to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finish carpentry, with a strong eye for detail and precision.
- You will be responsible for completing high quality woodworking projects, including trim, moldings, cabinetry, and custom wood installations, to meet the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Reading and Interpreting Blueprints: Analyze blueprints and project plans to understand the design specifications.
