Role Overview
Perform carpentry and guest room maintenance for Hilton hotel operations.
Support memorable guest experiences through reliable maintenance and service.
Work with guests and other team members in a hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out daily guest room maintenance as a Carpenter serving Hilton brands.
- Use knowledge of carpentry and building maintenance in the role.
- Work on behalf of guests and collaborate with other team members.
- Deliver a high level of customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of carpentry and building maintenance is required.
- A Carpenter trade qualification may be required, and proof may be requested.
- A positive attitude, good communication skills, customer service commitment, and excellent grooming standards are expected.
Advantageous Capabilities
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations is advantageous.
- The ability to work under pressure is advantageous.
