Finisher / Insulator

Role - The Finishing/Insulation worker performs general shop duties to support the build of Heat Transfer Products.

This position reports to the production team leaders and is located in our assembly plant in Niles, Illinois.

• Work in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow Notes to Production to prepare chillers for shipping
• Install doors, filters and panels per specifications
• Clean, insulate, and label product per specifications and work instructions.
• Help in other areas as assigned
• Verbally report progress and problems to the team leader in a professional manner
• Be a positive team member with a good, honest work ethic
• High School Diploma or GED
• Accurately interpret measuring equipment
• Understand safety regulations and protocols
• Experience with power tools preferred
• Must be legally able to work in the United States
• Must have a positive attitude and foster a continuous improvement environment
