Finish Grader Operator (Calgary, AB, CA)

Calgary Construction Operations is hiring Finish Grader Operators to support our Base Crew in Calgary, Alberta for the 2026 season.

What You'll Do Here:

Responsible for safely operating a motor grader.

Performs fine grade finishing.

Laying and mixing materials to grade specifications.

Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team:

Knowledge with TopCon/Trimble GPS considered an asset.

Must be able to understand grades and have knowledge of plans, drawings and overall road construction.

Maintains a valid Class 5 driver’s license.

Own vehicle to get to and from jobsite.

Willing to work overtime, nightshifts and weekends, as required.

Must comply with the company's drug & alcohol program, including testing requirement.
