Finish Front End Loader Operator

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience operating a front end loader or similar heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction and equipment operation.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle physical demands such as lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work flexible schedules such as nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Pass drug test, fit-for duty test and background check.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Ability to sit, stand, and operate machinery for extended periods.
• Must be able to climb in and out of equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate and inspect equipment.
