We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated operators to be a part of our earthworks projects. We are looking for heavy equipment operators who have experience running Excavators, Rock Truck, Packer, Grader, and Dozers. We are looking for accuracy, diligence, and a strong dedication to safety are necessary for this position
Key Responsibilities
Operate dozers safely and efficiently to perform rough and fine grading, excavation, stripping, backfilling, and site preparation.
Read and interpret grade stakes, plans, and site instructions to achieve required elevations, slopes, and grades.
Perform daily equipment inspections, basic maintenance, and housekeeping to ensure the dozer remains safe and operational.
Grading, leveling, and pushing materials to generate and maintain desired curves and slopes.
Experience of 2-3 or more years of running a dozer.
Strong understanding of dozer operation, grading techniques, and safety procedures.
Work closely with Foremen, Superintendents, survey crews, and other operators to coordinate production and maintain project schedules.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and site requirements while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirement for all jobs
Earthwork construction experience are required.
High attention to detail is required.
Pay to be determined by skill and experience.
Ensure compliance with all Company policies, OH & S Legislation, and WCB reporting procedures.
Understand and maintain quality and production standards and work to achieve established production goals.
