Role Overview
The Financing Analyst contributes to the analysis, oversight, and prevention of operations and activities related to risk management.
The role covers financing files for non-retail clients with moderate to high complexity.
The position acts as a specialist advisor, subject-matter resource, and coach for decision-making bodies.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional supervision, coordination, and coaching to a designated group of financing analysts.
- Plan work, allocate resources, coordinate analysis activities, and complete relevant follow-ups and controls.
- Analyze financing files and develop recommendations on financing conditions, monitoring, and guarantees.
- Communicate analysis results and recommendations to account managers and suggest other solutions when appropriate.
- Conduct periodic reviews of more complex financing files.
- Follow applicable policies, practices, standards, and laws governing financial products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline.
- At least six years of relevant experience.
- Other combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered.
