- Minimum 3 years of direct experience in personal financial advising, budgeting, retirement planning, or debt management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with fiduciary standards, risk assessment, and compliance
- Remote work capability with reliable internet access and time zone flexibility
