Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and continuous improvement of financial systems and digital finance platforms
- Develop strategies that enhance system performance, efficiency, security, and business productivity
- Oversee system implementation, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing support activities
- Collaborate with finance, technology, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver effective system solutions
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Manage project timelines, technology resources, vendor relationships, and operational priorities
- Ensure financial systems comply with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze system performance and prepare operational reports for senior leadership
- Evaluate emerging financial technologies and recommend innovative business solutions
- Lead, mentor, and support technical teams while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience in financial systems, financial technology, information technology, business systems, banking, or a related field is preferred
- Previous leadership or project management experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with enterprise applications, digital payment systems, ERP platforms, or financial software is beneficial
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
