As part of our expansion, we are seeking a skilled **Financial Systems Consultant** to support the implementation, optimization, and management of financial systems across our organization.
Role Overview
The **Financial Systems Consultant** will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, implementing financial software solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
This role requires strong technical expertise, financial knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess business needs and recommend financial system solutions.
- Implement, configure, and optimize ERP and financial software.
- Provide training and support to finance and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Collaborate with IT and finance departments to integrate systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Prepare documentation and reports on system usage and improvements.
- Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or ERP certifications) preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in financial systems consulting, ERP implementation, or financial technology roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
