Provide financial insights, strategic guidance, and leadership support to organizations seeking sustainable growth and improved performance.
Work with executives, management teams, finance leaders, and stakeholders to strengthen financial strategy and support high-level decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term growth objectives.
- Analyze financial performance, profitability, cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and key indicators.
- Provide recommendations to executives and support planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
- Identify profitability, cost-efficiency, cash-flow, and performance improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate business models, financial structures, investments, partnerships, and commercial opportunities.
- Develop financial models, business cases, management reports, executive presentations, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Translate financial insights into business strategies and advise on risk, resources, performance, and priorities.
- Conduct market, industry, competitor, and economic analysis.
- Support transformation, restructuring, cost optimization, and financial improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Executive Leadership.
- Facilitate strategic planning and financial review sessions with senior leadership.
- Monitor strategy implementation, recommend corrective actions, and handle financial information confidentially.
