PenFinancial Credit Union is seeking a Financial Solutions Specialist in Niagara Falls to provide exceptional member service, including loans, mortgages, and investment products. The role requires 3+ years of progressive experience in a credit union or bank branch with lending limits.

Responsibilities
- Meet with members to gather information for loan and mortgage decisions within discretionary limits
- Identify opportunities to promote other member services to support member success
- Provide individualized financial counseling (e.g., debt consolidations, budgeting) to members
- Lead the account opening process
- Sell and cross sell credit union loan insurance products through education of members
- Complete all administrative duties accurately and on time, including preparing loan and mortgage documentation
- Conduct PPSA/Credit Bureau reports
- Balance and process CDI/CI/CL reporting and remittance
- Address loan extension requests, substitution of security, and problem solving
- Prepare and process CAFTs, mortgage renewals, extensions, and add backs
- Check credit files and investment entries to meet risk management requirements
- Review and act on delinquent accounts and maintain systematic collection procedures

- Target Salary: CAD 56,340
- Salary Range: CAD 53,025 CAD 66,281
