Responsibilities
- Guide Risk Function modernization initiatives, embedding automation, resilience, and operational controls into a future state Risk and Resilience function
- Lead the technology strategy and architecture for Risk and Resilience functions, partnering with Risk platforms and leveraging AI
- Leverage risk and regulatory knowledge to develop and enhance client deliverables across financial and non financial risk dimensions
- Facilitate client workshops and collaborative sessions, communicating complex regulatory and risk concepts clearly
- Contribute to business development efforts by writing proposals, marketing initiatives, and thought leadership
- Enhance PwC’s leadership position through active participation in industry forums, client presentations, and publication of research
Requirements
- Experience in financial services risk and regulatory advisory, consulting, regulatory bodies, or industry roles across banking, insurance, asset management, private equity, or financial crown corporations
- Deep expertise in regulatory requirements related to financial and non financial risk management (credit risk, operational risk, operational resilience, third party risk, compliance, enterprise risk management)
- Proven track record managing and delivering complex client engagements involving senior executive stakeholders
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Advanced communication and reporting skills
- Experience driving business development activities, managing proposals, and enhancing client relationships

Salary Range
- The salary range for this position is CAD 147,300 CAD 197,300.
- Base salary is determined by skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.
- Eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs.
