Role Overview
The Financial Services Representative joins a branch sales and service team focused on exceptional member experiences.
The role combines frontline banking transactions, advisory sales, financial recommendations, relationship development, and branch support functions.
Member and Sales Responsibilities
- Understand member needs and provide appropriate financial advice and recommendations.
- Complete frontline transactions and open new member accounts.
- Offer credit and deposit products, provide investment advice, and make qualified referrals.
- Engage in sales and revenue-generating activities while meeting individual and team goals.
- Build member relationships and position products and services that add value.
