Role overview
Join Meridian Credit Union's branch sales and service team as a Financial Services Representative.
Provide advice-based banking and an exceptional member experience while supporting members' financial goals.
Work with Wealth, Small Business, and Mobile Mortgage Specialists to deliver member-focused products and solutions.
Core responsibilities
- Understand member financial needs and provide appropriate advice and recommendations.
- Complete frontline transactions and support day-to-day banking needs.
- Open accounts, offer credit and deposit products, identify wealth opportunities, and make qualified referrals.
- Provide investment advice and credit recommendations within approval limits.
- Accurately post transactions, protect member confidentiality, and resolve member concerns.
- Meet individual goals, contribute to team results, and engage in revenue-generating activities.
- Participate in branch activities, community events, and the Digital Ambassador Program.
Knowledge and qualifications
- Strong business acumen and financial industry knowledge are required.
- Flexible availability is required for scheduled evening and weekend hours.
