Role overview
Financial Services Representative joining Meridian's branch sales and service team.
The role provides advice-based banking, transactional support, product recommendations, and relationship growth for members.
The representative works with Wealth, Small Business, and Mobile Mortgage Specialists to support holistic member financial growth.
Core responsibilities
- Understand member needs and provide appropriate financial advice and recommendations.
- Complete front-line banking transactions and open new member accounts.
- Offer credit and deposit products, identify wealth referral opportunities, and position Meridian products and services.
- Meet individual goals, contribute to team results, and engage in revenue-generating activities.
- Maintain accurate transactions, confidentiality, and discretion when handling member information.
- Resolve member concerns and create action plans to reduce future escalations.
Branch and community activities
- Work with branch leadership to implement corporate strategies and programs.
- Support planning and execution of community engagement events and local activities.
