On-Site Client Engagement Hub based in Downtown Dubai, UAE (Open to UK applicants targeting UAE relocation).

Our client represents one of the fastest-growing international wealth management practices in Dubai.

We are actively hiring a dynamic

Business Development Manager (Bdm)

to lead our client relationship teams, drive inbound lead conversions, and establish critical corporate networking partnerships directly inside the UAE community.

About The Role

This is a high-impact, front-line growth position.

Unlike standard wealth advisory positions, your focus is on client acquisition strategy, managing our CRM pipelines, driving corporate wellness programs inside multinational platforms, and coordinating financial education seminars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the firm’s client acquisition strategy, establishing introductions with HNWI expatriates.
  • Coordinate with international corporate HR departments in the UAE to offer corporate financial wellbeing sessions.
  • Manage client development pipelines on CRM platforms, tracking lead touchpoints.

Requirements & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 12-24 months in structured sales, financial services recruitment, or business development environments.
  • Active desire to relocate to Dubai and earn top-tier offshore commission incentives.

Compensation Potential

  • Income potential: Professionals earning £40,000–£50,000 in a traditional firm could reach six figures within 12 months
  • High commission potential aligned with client value and deal size
