- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management
- Experience selling professional services or financial solutions is an advantage
- Background or knowledge in accounting, finance, auditing, banking, or financial services is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent relationship building and consultative selling skills
- Self motivated, proactive, and results oriented with the ability to work independently
