Role Overview
The Financial Reporting Lead will provide management reporting, financial analysis, and decision support.
The role will improve visibility into business drivers, support financial performance, and partner with FP&A and Finance teams.
Employment and Travel
- The role is full-time and includes 10% travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis, management reporting, month-end analysis, forecasting support, and performance reporting.
- Analyze cash flow, corporate costs, countries, markets, and business segments.
- Monitor reporting schedules, meet deadlines, and adapt reporting processes to changing requirements.
- Apply accounting principles, controls, and financial standards and coordinate internal and external audit requirements.
- Partner with finance systems, analytics, and shared services teams on reporting and system improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analysis, and business intelligence capabilities.
- Promote and follow applicable health, safety, and environmental policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
