- Manage and mentor the financial planning team to build capabilities and ensure high performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CA or CPA) preferred
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in financial planning and analysis within the manufacturing sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of directing financial planning teams
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving abilities
- Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting software, and ERP systems preferably SAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization
- Understanding of manufacturing operations, cost structures, and industry specific financial drivers
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, multicultural environment in Saudi Arabia
