- Prepare financial models and analyze revenue and cost trends
- Monitor restaurant performance metrics and provide insights to improve profitability
- Collaborate with leadership, operations, and accounting to create regular financial reports
- Track variances against budget and recommend corrective actions
- Contribute to cash flow management
- Evaluate new projects or menu initiatives
- Help design financial dashboards and KPIs
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Planning
- Advanced Analytical Skills with experience interpreting data
- Hands on experience with Budgeting & Forecasting, including variance analysis
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
- Ability to work on site in Dubai
- Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or retail is an advantage

Role Description
- The Financial Planning Analyst is a full time, on site role supporting financial decision making through budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for a growing hospitality business.
Day to day tasks
- Preparing financial models, analyzing revenue and cost trends.
- Monitoring restaurant performance metrics and providing insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with leadership, operations, and accounting to create regular financial reports.
- Tracking variances against budget and recommending corrective actions.
- Contributing to cash flow management.
- Evaluating new projects or menu initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Planning.
