Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or quantitative discipline
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or analytics focused finance roles
- Demonstrated strength in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with BI and data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
- Professional designation (CPA, CFA) or graduate degree preferred
- Exposure to investment management or asset management is an asset

The Opportunity
- This role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and strategy, delivering forward looking insights to senior leadership.
- It is not a traditional reporting role; it drives how FP&A partners with the business using data, modeling, and storytelling.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning.
- Develop and maintain robust, driver based financial models linking financial outcomes to operational levers.
- Develop scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling for strategic initiatives.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, execute ready insights.
- Analyze large, multidimensional datasets (financial, operational, AUM, headcount, product, pricing).
- Identify trends, anomalies, and leading indicators influencing financial outcomes.
- Design and enhance dashboards, visualizations, and self serve analytics.
- Support finance system enhancements, automation, and tool implementation.
- Reduce manual processes through automation, standardization, and improved processes.
- Deliver high impact ad hoc analysis (e.g., pricing, compensation modeling, product profitability).
- Support cross functional initiatives including new product launches and transformation efforts.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or quantitative discipline.
- Professional designation (CPA, CFA) or graduate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or analytics focused finance roles.
- Demonstrated strength in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex business drivers.
- Exposure to investment management, asset management, or professional services is an asset.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with BI and data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and data tools to improve analysis is a strong asset.
- Comfortable working with imperfect data and improving it over time.
- Ability to connect financial outcomes to operational and strategic drivers.
- Naturally curious and analytical; able to synthesize complexity into clear narratives.
