Role Overview
Pivotal finance leadership role partnering with the Board and Senior Management.
Drive financial performance and company strategy through financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, controls, and risk management.
Oversee finance activities across the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, and future company-owned company-operated markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete accounting function, including general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, inventory, payroll, intercompany transactions, and banking.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and working-capital management.
- Provide financial analysis, recommendations, and advice to support organizational strategy.
- Monitor profitability, gross margin, operating costs, and cash conversion.
- Prepare financial trend analysis and reports for senior management and the Board.
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team.
- Ensure statutory and VAT compliance and strengthen accounting controls.
- Monitor inventory levels, ageing stock, best sellers, and slow movers.
- Manage external auditor, tax advisor, bank, and other financial stakeholder relationships.
