The Financial Associate supports Financial Planners with business development, productivity and day-to-day administrative activities.

What you’ll get to do
- Maintain member relationships and service incoming investment member needs.
- Resolve member issues and provide timely, accurate responses in person, by phone and by email.
- Process administrative operations, including estate and marital dissolution administration.
- Manage Financial Planner communications, appointments, supplies and business cards.
- Maintain member files and identify follow-up and recommendation opportunities.
- Prepare account opening, trade, financial planning and maintenance documentation.
- Support branch processes, initiatives, special projects and technology system maintenance.
