Job Purpose
Responsible for managing daily cash activities, bank transactions, cash forecasting, and liquidity monitoring to ensure sufficient funds are available for business operation.
Principal Accountabilities / Key Results Area
- Monitor daily cash balances and bank transactions.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports.
- Manage bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Open and close bank accounts.
- Raise bank guarantees in line with the company’s policy.
- Review and close expired bank guarantee monthly.
- Manage and update the bank mandates.
- Process and monitor payments and fund transfers.
- Coordinate with banks regarding transactions and account matters.
- Monitor company bank accounts and optimize cash utilization.
- Obtain best offered rates from banks and recommend Fixed Deposits to line manager.
- Prepare treasury reports for management.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competencies
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a must. Or equivalent professional accounting certificate.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in Treasury.
- Job Specific Skills: Accounting, Excel, Oracle Fusion and Power BI.
