- Attend and represent the finance function in monthly Integrated Business Planning reviews
- Manage the 3–5 year financial simulation process (long term planning model)
- Facilitate reviews with leadership of the long term planning model and communicate changes
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on financial metrics
- Support PFR functional excellence across processes and tools
Requirements
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Intermediate level of relevant professional work experience in the field of study
- Progress toward CPA, CMA, or similar certification preferred

- We are looking for a talented Financial Analyst – Senior to join our Finance team of Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems (CDBS) in Troy, MI.

- Collaborate closely with Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems Leadership to execute monthly, quarterly, and annual planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.
- Attend and represent the finance function in the monthly Integrated Business Planning reviews.
- Manage the 3–5 year financial simulation process (long term planning model).
- Facilitate reviews with Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems Leadership of the long term planning model.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on financial metrics included in the Annual Operating Plan and the Long term financial outlook.
- Support PFR functional excellence across processes and tools.
Education, Licenses, Certifications
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
- Progress toward Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification preferred.
Experience
- Intermediate level of relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.
