Role Overview
Blue Moon Metals is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, IFRS compliance, operational analysis, and continuous improvement across the organization.
The role reports to the Director of Finance and supports corporate and operational finance teams in a growing mining organization.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Toronto, Ontario, with a hybrid remote work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reporting packages, quarterly financial statements, and annual IFRS financial reporting.
- Prepare MD&A disclosures, technical accounting assessments, audit working papers, and IFRS analyses.
- Provide IFRS guidance to operational finance teams and support external reporting for TSX Venture Exchange, Nasdaq, and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare supporting schedules and variance analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze mine development, construction, and exploration expenditures with operational and project teams.
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, reporting enhancements, internal control improvements, process optimization, and strategic projects.
