Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Analyze revenues, costs, margins, and variances against budget.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial indicators.
• Prepare dashboards and management presentations.
• Evaluate project and business performance and financial risks.
• Collect and validate data from departments.
• Support business cases, investment analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Work with Accounting, Operations, Projects, and Management teams.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• ERP and financial reporting tool experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA, FMVA, CMA, or another relevant professional certification is preferred.
• Experience in real estate, construction, engineering, or project-based companies is preferred.
• Power BI and financial dashboard experience is advantageous.
